Someone is facing financial ruin from a predatory scumbag because people who hate each other couldn’t be bothered to do even the most basic due diligence or legally required obligation.

@chiwanchoi @isobelohare @DifrancescoAlex But both groups in this case refer to each other. I don’t say that I’m a property of Accomplices, LLC even if it does, but Entropy does say that. And Accomplices, LLC also says it. If Entropy isn’t part of it, why do both say that it is? They both currently say that it is.

Nor does the explanation that it had to settle due to filing default. The court record shows that response filing extensions were granted twice.

Both Entropy and Accomplices, LLC both prominently list Entropy as a property of Accomplices, LLC. Currently. Both sites do. As of the time of this tweet.

There’s zero record of her ever having been involved in any other type of established legal entity in Oregon at any point other than Accomplices, LLC.

@chiwanchoi @isobelohare @DifrancescoAlex A perusal of the Oregon SOS site shows that unless Entropy was registered under a completely different name it has never existed as a registered or legal entity of any kind. Other than its website, it does not exist. And the Entropy website says it belongs to Accomplices, LLC.
