@santanderukhelp the app is asking to confirm details but twice the app stopped & today it needed so much info then I had to photo some id but to give app permission I had to left app & when returned the page had gone back to home page. I now have to wait until it prompt me again

@santanderukhelp That just refreshes the page which I have already tried, the bit that asks you to confirm info only happens at the start of opening the app and not every time I open it. I have all the bits I need saved on phone ready to try next time. This all could be sorted by face to face

Went to bank to try there but it’s online only but if I can’t do this after time goes by you will block my account, this is a dated process and I could get blocked from banking based on your app not working well. 2026 & I can’t go in branch to prove I’m me this just embarrassing

@BarclaysUK I have tried to open a bank account but the app froze when putting info in after I done the id check it then said verifying id or words like that now it’s stuck on main screen with the 5 digit code screen but no further

I have done a new decoration and checked all the information so I am covered. Hopefully in the future any letters will have correct info on. As catchup on other then BBC is fine to do.

@tvlicensing only 7 months after declaring don’t need a license I get this. Interestingly the Bold writing ( do you watch or record tv channels like) the shows BBC itv ch4. This doesn’t mention if live or on catch up. That is very misleading would you agree?

@bt_uk I’m looking to change my internet in the new year, been told by supplier by need to put fibre to house, when this is done can it come though the 1st floor as no front garden & kids keep pulley the wires on the houses on my road. Told BT would be the ones doing the work.

@DVLAgovuk how come within a hour of v5 change on a Saturday you can stop the car tax but can’t update the new owner car tax which was done 2 mins after new owner change. I do have email confirmation if needed if stopped but I’m just saying your system bit slow one way

@SkyHelpTeam cant call or use mobile data. How long is this outage for. Done a check on your site & says no problem in my area yet I can’t use my phone so there clearly is an issue. Done the usual turn off & on. Been waiting for a call so I now see why.

@Apple I have just got AirPods 2nd gen for my Daughter, the lead is lightning to normal usb so do I use 5w iPhone charger or the 12w iPad charger? Don’t want to use one that with damage them. I’d don’t say on the box or paperwork inside, or on apple site under AirPods or chargers
