@AirCanada dropped off my bag 3hrs before take off, AC Gold passenger with priority tags and you still didn’t put it on the flight to Germany which was delayed 1.5hrs. How stupid are the people who work for you???

Definitely impossible for any @AirCanada flight from @TorontoPearson to leave on time. Guaranteed missed connections. Both companies should just fire their heads of operations and get someone who actually doesn’t fly private and has to put up with the same BS we do.
