@tobycarvery Visited for a breakfast and there was no organisation with bringing the food out was queuing for at least 15 mins for them to bring out items eggs bacon sausages etc and some wasn’t even cooked properly
we’ve been to other branches and had no problem but it’s put us off it now!

@cowandgate bought one of your pre-made infant formula bottles today it’s dated 17/05/2023 to feed my 7week old. After he drank all 200ml I realised that the milk was chunky and smelt off. My infant then vomited quite badly afterwards. This is unacceptable and dangerous.
