@davidjthunder @AmericanAir Doesn’t help now, but if you’d flown on VS or BA you’d have had hotel and meals provided under their EU/UK “duty of care” obligation. Different to UK/EU261 compensation, which you would not have got if the delays were weather related.

Extraordinary during #CoronavirusLockdown that @HSBC_UK has locked me out of my online account and tells me the only way to sort it is by going to a branch with my ID.

For some unknown reason my online banking is blocked and HSBC are telling me the only way to sort it is to go to a branch with ID. I guess that’ll be my one form of exercise today then... unbelievable.
