It looks like we have three new qualifiers for the European Championships in Rome! The Euros will incorporate the European 10,000m cup, and the quota (56) & entry standard (28:20) have been adjusted accordingly. Andrew Coscoran now has the Auto Q for 1500m, 5000m and 10,000m.

HUGE runs for Ireland's Andrew Coscoran and Luke McCann as well. Coscoran runs 3:33.49, which crushes the Irish indoor record (3:36.64, Marcus O'Sullivan) and is also faster than O'Sullivan's outdoor record of 3:33.61 from 1996.

McCann (3:34.76) now #2 on indoor list, #6 overall
