@ChrisPerkinsDnD I created a twitter account for this question! Doing a PVP combat. A barbarian is trying to choke out a tortle, who can hold its breath for an hour. A suffocating creature can only hold its breath for 1 + Con rounds. Can the tortle hold out for the full hour?
