The idea of returning someone to recovery quicker is something we frequently see in ortho. Many LE injuries can be treated with casting but ORIF gives@faster more reliable outcomes with less complications. We new the non op arm of non flail would get bettter #eastjc

Will let @FredricPieracci comment, but does not meet inclusion criteria for non-flail. As for the system, there has never been evidence that any system is superior. Like pain regimens it is based on what you know and have at your institution. #eastjc

Many centers that have adopted ssrf, have also adopted complete multidisciplinary care plans to optimize both the post op and non op patients. Protocols are heavily based on availability of resources such as anesthesia pain teams and ability to drip outside an icu. #eastjc
