Day 44/#100DaysOfCode(Tue): Just practicing through some #javascript exercises today as well as some bootstrap styling on my marketplace app, easing myself back into a regular coding schedule.
Day 40-43/#100DaysOfCode(Fri-Mon): No coding done at all on these days but still some very important work on my application to Coder Academy's internship program. Resume, check, portfolio, check, bio, check, all forms filled and submitted. Can't wait! XD
Day 39/#100DaysOfCode(Thu): Added new styling and footer to new profile (#React#Rails app) and deployed to Heroku. It looks sooo different to the local linux host, must keep tweeking...
Day 38/#100DaysOfCode(Wed): Learned how to connect my #Rails database to the #React front end of my new portfolio app. Built some simple seed data to show a list of skills in the view through the react components.
Day 36/#100DaysOfCode(Mon): After focusing so much on my assignments for my coder academy bootcamp I cannot believe I'm in the last week of my second term and we're starting on #javascript and MERN stack.
Day 35/#100DaysOfCode(Sun): Finishing touches on my CS maths studying for tomorrow's exam. Really confident that with my notes and understanding that I'll totally crush this maths exam :D
Day 34/#100DaysOfCode(Sat): Back to work, but now study for my upcoming CS maths exam, managed to go through notes and exercises for bases, sets, matracies and graphs in one maths filled day. It's very important to coding to understand these concepts.
Day 33/#100DaysOfCode(Fri): Today there is no code, this is a no code, no work, no worries day. After such a sprint such as I just experienced, I need a well deserved break.
Day 32/#100DaysOfCode(Thu): Submission date, the culmination of all my hard work for my #Rails marketplace app. So much to fit into this one day of coding and report writing before 10pm for my bootcamp assignment.
Day 31/#100DaysOfCode(Wed): Presentation of work that's only barely showing some bones now. But I've got a lot of determination and documentation of my epic journey to show everyone so feeling good. I'll try not to cry too much at my fellow student's masterpieces ;)
Day 30/#100DaysOfCode(Tue): After too much deliberation, I'm finally implementing some user authentication in my #Rails marketplace app. It's a lot harder than I thought to get devise up and running with the correct specs.
Day 29/#100DaysOfCode(Mon): Common components for #Rails app I thought would be a lot easier to sort out like categories, search bar and basic product views for a marketplace app. Turns out not so much if you try reinventing them each time.
Day 28/#100DaysOfCode(Sun): After a rough weekend I finially have some working code for my marketplace app. I've just got some basic views for the product pages but I can make it pretty later. At least the testing is producing the right errors :?
Day 27/#100DaysOfCode(Sat): The slow start on my #Rails app got me a bit stressed so trying to take some significant time today getting my plan sorted for a more ready product for the 19th deadline (so difficult while still learning, need agile)
Day 26/#100DaysOfCode(Fri): Realized I needed to start reprioritize my project plan for my #Rails marketplace app, in order to get it all done I really need to strip down the MVP(minimum viable product).
Day 25/#100DaysOfCode(Thu): Still getting my head around Devise (user authentication suite for Ruby on #Rails) and how to use it properly in my market app, been slow goings for my project schedule.
Day 24/#100DaysOfCode: Started with some test-driven development for my #Rails marketplace app. So hard to get started with testing, realizing that its great for setting specifications though.
Day 23/#100DaysOfCode: I finally finished my project planning and design work for my #Rails app and now I'm exhausted after writing in my first code to get everything set up, most of it is configuration and then I can start building my tests.
Day 22/#100DaysOfCode: Learned how to make a search form work in #Rails today which I can't wait to implement into my marketplace rails app. Just gotta finish the never ending design phase, don't want to overdo it either :P
