Some of my earliest school memories are of playing on that blacktop and short-cutting across it to get to the computer lab (my favorite!) when it was the "Early Childhood Center" campus. I'm excited to see what's in store for this special place at Central.
I enjoyed spending the morning with some of our @AngletonHS students who are spending this summer as student workers supporting our tech team get prepare for the new school year. @AngletonISD
In the past month, @AngletonISD summer PD sessions have had over 700 signups, which will total over 2,000 CPE hours. Registration is open and we still have 1 week to go before sessions start; let's go!!! https://t.co/1masmmF3i7
We *camp* believe summer PD is almost here for @AngletonISD staff. We wood love for you to get fired up and hike over to https://t.co/1masmmF3i7 and see what courses have a po-tent-tial to strike up a match with you. If you can't 🐻 any more puns, I'll save s'more for later.
@steviefrank23 My original reply reads a little weird, sorry. The process I am describing is how to get Google Lens to work on a Chromebook, just by going to https://t.co/WPZoMsPThd and uploading an image to the search box. No app/extension required, all web-based.
I'm often asked, "Is screen time good or bad for kids?" This is like asking if milk is good or bad for you. You will find endless (logical, sound) evidence to support either answer. "How can we leverage screen time in a way that is healthy?" may be the better question to ask.
Digital #technology - #iPads and such - in the hands of #toddlers – may be a good thing, educationally speaking, says new report from @UHouston https://t.co/rLCJloK3ew
The last day of school doesn't mean it has to be the last day of the @AngletonISD#CodeFront! Students can access https://t.co/JFaFajpUqN all throughout what's looking to be a very *code* 🥶winter break.
