HI @AmericanAir We’ve been trying to get our controllable delay reviewed. We were:
– stuck for 6+ hours with no duty-of-care (no food, no help)
– stranded in Knoxville no transport/luggage, or accommodation
– left to cover all costs ourselves

complained to the manager in York who couldn’t be less bothered if he tried - asked us to send it to him in an email rather than try and deal with it face to face - we won’t be returning
If you’re thinking of going for a spa day at @DuncanBannatyne spas for @Bannatyne DONT bother - awful - me and my wife paid for 45 minutes treatment and got 25 minutes -
also had to pay £20 for a threadbare towel (I wouldn’t use it in my garage) to dry yourselves after a shower - though £10 refunded so nice of them - never paid for a towel at an all day spa before -
Love the fact that he has been honoured but does anyone else think it should be SIR KEVIN SINFIELD? Can’t think of anyone more deserving. He has shown all of us the true meaning of friendship and raised millions for his pal and transformed awareness along the way.
