@Bucknamarillo17@davis71754 @NotYourpowerco1 @itsJeffTiedrich Some cases were dismissed when Trump and his legal representatives didn’t bring the cases, such as the State of Texas, but most were dismissed on their merits.

@emartin7812@rbillick @bpsbarry1 @itsJeffTiedrich But for most cases, it was the lack of even the most basic of actual evidence that prevented the cases from proceeding.
@emartin7812@rbillick @bpsbarry1 @itsJeffTiedrich Yes; lack of standing was cited in some cases for good reason, notably the State of Texas’s case to SCOTUS about 4 other contested states - see here: https://t.co/KjyF8VGcF7
@m_voted@krassenstein @2029_ai @amierrivers Hack judges being Trump appointees? Many of them… none of them agreeing with your take. Over 60 cases lost! Are you saying the who judiciary, including SCOTUS is corrupt?
@m_voted@krassenstein @2029_ai @amierrivers And yet conservative SCOTUS did not agree with your take when the case was brought. Besides, whatever the changes, no one was disenfranchised as a result of any changes.
@imjdsharp@krassenstein @2029_ai @amierrivers But it didn’t did it…. There was the painfully long Arizona audit, that found nothing to demonstrate Trump won the state despite being deeply partisan.
@krassenstein@amierrivers Bizarrely, the same people who post “look at these crowds, everyone loves Trump and he’ll easily get 100m votes next time!”, also say to any poll that’s not favourable: “that poll only had 1,000 people in it, and they didn’t ask me, so it’s obviously crap!”
@DC_Draino No one is stopping Republicans in Iowa from choosing Trump in Jan 15… I don’t see how it is election interference! If anything, his indictments had strengthened his position within the GOP!
