2 months after getting lost, our bag has come (with a “RUSH” label on). The tracking system never did show the correct info and stopped working a week before the bag arrived but nice to have it back. @KLM #KLM

@KLM If my bag is not delivered to me within 48hours is it considered lost? This will be 32 days since it disappeared. There are important items I need and if I am not getting them back I need to buy them. I will then need to claim compensation from KLM.

@KLM I sent details 24 hours ago @KLM #KLM - Now 6 days and counting, our bag known to be at @EDI_Airport #EdinburghAirport. Myself and 2 kids making do with stuff from the one carry-on and regular trips to shops (all receipts being saved for the eventual KLM claim).
