@ReadlySupport It's a shame. I could have seen myself staying subscribed but every response so far is a variance of "well you should have read the T&C's". And seemingly refusing to take any ownership that the page should have been pulled/amended when there wasn't any gift cards remaining,

Bait and switch in that the promotions landing page was kept live long enough after you had run out of gift cards. But left it active to pull in extra numbers irrespective of who it upsets. Case in point
@ReadlySupport Badly executed in that there was zero way of verifying if you'd be getting the voucher at sign-up even after being told "you're eligable" on the landing page, or any follow-up to say "sorry, you've missed the bus this time". The T&C's did state that it was limited. But you made
