This cuts spam complaints down to almost zero, culls my list of people who aren't interested, and, surprisingly, makes the unsubscribe rate lower than it normally would be
@wesbos As a new learner I always appreciated when stuff like this happened because it showed me that even the pros make mistakes and also gave me insight in how to fix those mistakes.
My tech hero who made me learn how to code is Aaron Swartz. He dropped out of Stanford after like a year & helped build RSS, Creative Commons & worked on Reddit. I dare you to say he wasn’t a talented software engineer.
He’s one of many. So yeah keep getting sick over it
One of the biggest “mistakes” I see in content creation is thinking what you have to teach is too simple. Then adding complexity so the applicability to people diminishes.
Content will always feel simple to the expert who created it.
I promise you that’s when it’s most helpful!
