@emirates really let down by your level of customer services following our return flights LGW to Dubai last month. In particular an extremely rude / patronising web chat officer. I've spent 2 hours this PM on this and even supervisor on phone not willing to take responsibility.

@premierinn To anyone staying with PI is DO NOT accidentally leave valuables behind. 17 calls (93 minutes) and only just have my car keys back over a week later. Broken promises by hotel and GR team Stayed in 29 PI's in the last 12 months and offered £10 evoucher. Not using again
@Virgin_TrainsEC I am truly shocked by the level of customer service offered by your customer solutions team. I've had to resort to raising a complaint via email after one of your team members hung up on me when I asked for her name? (after over 20 minutes of total hold time)
