Cordell Goosby reportedly told a case worker in the taxpayer-funded Washington homeless shelter that he was going to kill someone.

THE NEXT DAY, he allegedly shot and kiIIed Eina, a pregnant mother. This happened in 2023.

Eina's husband, Sung Kwon, is now SUING the King County Regional Homelessness Authority for IGNORING Goosby's threat.

The caseworker allegedly did nothing after he confided that he was going to murder.
