Oliver Glasner’s literally sat there available and we’re letting Moyes already down play the season before pre season’s even started.
If anyone at board level in the club are serious they’d be saying it’s time to shake hands
Liverpool sacking Slot immediately for finishing 5th with UCL football whilst we finish 13th and play dreadful footy with no squad rotation or youth development but they won't sack Moyes because they don't want to upset him or a few players hahahaha standards are on the floor 💩
If Dyche had ever said, like Moyes did last summer, that basically no one wanted to sign for the club because we've been too crap for too long then people would have turned up at Finch Farm wanting to break the gates. Yet the deference he receives from so many, incredible. #EFC
Sunderland were in League 1 4 years ago. Do you hear their fans go on about it every week as a reason why they can’t progress as a club? No. It’s shite how they’re more ambitious than us
@rossEFC95 Exactly! “Rome wasn’t built in a day” doesn’t apply when clubs in laughably more dire circumstances show what’s doable over and over compared to us.
One point better than last season is almost the literal definition of that “stability” buzzword you’re all apparently so fond of, Moyes backers. How’s that feel in practice? #EFC
I don’t understand the argument that we’re this unicorn of a shit show that can only hope to tread water at best. Lesser clubs from lower leagues showed ambition and conviction and are getting what they want. We just don’t want enough.
So all these Evertonians saying stability is great because “We were so bad these past years, we nearly got relegated, etc.” How about the teams that came from the league that we’d have been relegated TO. They advanced within the course of a season, and we’re being beaten by them.
@rossEFC95 Exactly. And clubs that came up during that time, from the tier that we’d have been relegated TO, have eclipsed us in both ambition and performance.
