Today while painting I managed to break the AC in the house by blowing a fuse, and just like that there I was in the attic taking the HVAC system apart.

So mad interesting:

We bought our house last year and I thought it was so strange we didn’t have to pay a water bill, but I assumed it was bundled with HOA.

It turns out today when the water was turned off the previous owner has been paying the water bills 😂😂😂😂
