Opted to go 90s today for #TShirtDay with @BBC6Music. This must be from 1996/97 and was bought when Linoleum @Linoleumband came to the Zodiac in Oxford, a top gig. The band's promo post was always on the back of lino squares, and my Dissent album too has a lino cover.

What a brilliant 12k cani-trail race today in Ogmore Vale - Beat the Black Dog, for @PAPYRUS_Charity. It was tough but brilliant.
Summer training had been interupted way too much, so we were glad to make it to the start, and the end. One to do again. Longest race so far for Wanda
