Meeting a bright young man for lunch

He wants a job at my company

I figured I'd put him through a quick test

Showed up at the restaurant dressed as a waitress

I went up to his table and took his drink order

He asked for hot cocoa

I brought him hot orange juice to see how he'd react

"You stupid fucking servant!" He shouted after tasting the steaming juice. "The workers at my daddy's mansion never mess up like this!"

Then he hurled the ceramic mug right at my face, fracturing my nose

I dodged a bullet there

Never hire someone who's rude to the waitstaff

I revealed my true identity and told him about the test

That's when he revealed HIS true identity:

He was the actual waiter at the restaurant, pretending to be the job applicant

And I had treated him poorly by putting him through a psychological test

Unfortunately, I had to fire myself from my own company for being rude to a waiter

Lesson learned
