Everyone has pinpointed the Red Sox offense as a problem, but I think clutch hitting is more specifically the issue. When comparing team AVG w/RISP to overall team AVG, Boston has a differential of -8. That ranks 25th in MLB
@martinello_john 1) Sell short term assets and fix the logjams: trade Duran, Yoshida, Chapman, Gray, Whitlock. Iโd hold onto Contreras and pick up his option
2) Offer the Astros whatever they want for Yordan Alvarez
3) Sign Isaac Paredes and William Contreras in FA
@kelechi_xo Itโs called using them as shields to get to the end. Now itโs time for him to make moves for himself and heโs doing so. Heโll have a free ticket back to the Final 4 as a result and has a shot to win (especially if Aubry is taken out)
Hot take: Jarren Duran leaves Boston this weekend as a member of the Astros, and Paredes or Carlos Correa stays behind
To me, these teams are such obvious trade partners. Sox have an OF logjam and need a righty bat, Astros have an IF logjam and need a lefty bat.
Some baseball before we get out of here! @Ithaca_Baseball and @hobart_baseball with @AndrewRoberts1 coming up.๐๏ธ

@SawxSouth@Jared_Carrabis Feel like itโll be Duran, not Yoshida to go. The best four in the OF/DH lineup have clearly been Anthony, Abreu, Yoshida, and Rafaela.
