Kyiv—in a carriage now known as “Rail Force One” —with a billion dollar + check from US taxpayers.

Apparently, after Zelenskyy’s shame American taxpayer tour, US treasury secretary, Janet Yellen makes a surprise visit to Kyiv with another $1.5 billion.

“America will stand with Ukraine as long as it takes,” says Yellen, flanked by moneybags at the cabinet ministers’ office with Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
