@OscarHealth Unfortunately the manager was very unsympathetic to the fact that I was unable to use my insurance while I was sick. showed no remorse and offered no compensation for the huge inconvenience of having a gap in my insurance due to an Oscar error. You’ll need to try harder
@OscarHealth Extremely disappointed in the customer service. My plan was cancelled without my knowledge due to an error in their system. Did not have access for 11 days. Unable to use services when I was sick and now being charged in full. Will definitely not sign up again.
