- Rode NT1
- Rode NTG3 (shotgun mic for production, but great for post ADR too)
- Sennheiser MKH-416 (another great shotgun mic)
- Neumann U 87 Ai (pricey!!!)

@LuciuserosVO No matter the price point, one particular mic may vary in results for different voices. It's best to rent out several mics to try before settling on a particular model that best suits your voice and recording style.

That being said here are some mics I've used and recommend:

@PatMikeVA It's the first thing I turn to when cleaning up or repairing dialogue. Also works with getting rid of noise in SFX samples. I'd recommend grabbing RX 7 Standard when a sale turns up. Especially during black Friday.
