@CapsOffside Remember the 5 minute rule. The first 5 minutes while your body is getting warm are the hardest. It’s key to motivation b/c if you think you’ll get motivated and then run you won’t. But if you know after 5 mins the motivation then comes then you just need to be willing to do that
