@Pirat_Nation Skyrim had braindead puzzles, but they broke the monotony of dungeon crawling. It worked well for an open world game.
In Dragon Age Origins there was an easy but memorable puzzle in Andraste's tomb.

It takes skill and effort to make a simple puzzle that is good.
