Update: @FedExHelp told me to call a help line (again) that told me to go pound sand. @FedEx will take your money, not deliver, and then not refund you, cause policy. Buyer beware, @UPS FTW.

@FedExHelp made the mistake of shipping with @fedex. The package was in transit for over a month (despite promises 2 day shipment), assumed lost, before it was returned to me. No refunds available for services not rendered, cause guarantee is suspended…but you didn’t do the job.
