President Trump on Tuesday gave the economy under his administration an “A++++,” and said that he is “crushing” inflation.

Following his remarks, Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene argued that many Americans are struggling to pay their bills and put food on the table. She encouraged the president “to have some empathy and to change his tone and how he speaks to Americans about how bad they’re financially hurting.”

Greene, who was a strong supporter of President Trump, is leaving Congress in January after splitting with him over several issues - including affordability.
