@AskPS_UK Morning - What are the hours of the UK support telephone service. My PS5 has developed a fault. I've been through the troubleshooter on the playstation website and it has advised me to call the customer support number, but I keep going to voicemail. Thanks

@cardiffcouncil Any update on this @cardiffcouncil? Just took delivery of an item from Royal Mail. The postman had been trying to find us for some time and was on the verge of giving up.

@cardiffcouncil Please can I get some feedback regarding when the Silvervale Estate in St Mellons will get appropriate street name signs? I've made multiple enquiries since February but they have all been ignored. We've had countless parcels go missing or fail to be delivered

@Hermesparcels I've been advised to contact Hermes regarding my Amazon order as apparently you cannot deliver to my address despite delivering there previously. However, it is proving impossible to contact customer service.
