The second flag in my profile is that of the Council of Europe of which the United Kingdom is a founder member. This flag has subsequently been adopted by the EU.

Any more than this they are just as much of a commercial entity as a film studio, the only difference is scale.

@Lord_Twatsomby @carolvorders @CrewkerneGaz If a performers likeness can be used without being licensed then this will mean that an AI generated versions of the performer could be used instead of the performer themselves, this would seriously impact the creative arts. Equity has already been campaigning around this issue.

Any work which included the persona of an individual such as the Crewekerne Gazette would require their consent.

However none of the sources of legal opinion I've found support the law falling on this side for AI generated satire. Please share anything that supports this side of the argument.
