Next @British_Airways farce for me. Travelled from LHR to Austin. Luggage left in UK. All I was given at the airport at Austin was a QR code that links to BA’s luggage portal - which hadn’t worked for over five hours now. Absolutely zero assistance provided by BA. Shocking.
@British_Airways Thanks. I sent a DM and was given an automated message that someone would be in touch. That was over 4 hours ago. Clearly I’m not valued as a customer.
@British_Airways I paid to choose seats on my flight some months ago (at a cost of over £200) as my wife is a nervous flier. Just checked in online: seats changed and we’re no longer sat together. No warning or offer of a refund. Appalling service.
I’m heartbroken.
Earlier this week I suddenly lost our beautiful Winnie. She was more than just a dog she was my best friend. I don’t usually ’do’ emotion but I’m really struggling with this.
Yes, it can absolutely help the sector address some of the financial challenges and increasing expectations. However, it’s critical to note that the hardest part of Digital Transformation is the ‘Transformation’ bit, not the technology.
