@VZWSupport @Disney has been giving my elderly mother a hard time and they tried to blame it on you guys and have lied about everything after over 8 hours of waiting to talk to them. they are the worst service for streaming I have dealt with ever in my life and if it was mine I would cancel

@VZWSupport It is not your fault it is on @disneyplus. They said that the billing issue I am seeing does not exist. So I am being called a liar. I then asked for them to send an Email stating I am getting the extra year free and the representative Doug that I spoke with did not send it.

@DisneyPlusHelp after waiting another four hours to reach a customer service agent named Doug I asked for him to put in an email everything that we had discussed. He said that was fine and would not be a problem. He did not write the email. Your customer service representative lied to me
@disneyplus I have yet to receive any type of response whatsoever I just cannot believe that not only was my mother (who is not great with technology) provided incorrect information but your FAQ page says to contact you and there is nothing happening. Really disappointed in you right now
@disneyplus So are you going to respond to my DM, my elderly mother with health issues has supported your company for over 30 years and has spent thousands on your brands, let alone my family. I have waited over 3 hours on the phone, over 6 hours to get a agent on chat.
