Is Jason Kenney expecting a federal conservative leadership change in the near future? I’m skeptical that PP will lose the election but can’t help but wonder if Kenney is anticipating it, always the political opportunist…
It doesn’t take more than a quick glance at some of the replies to Janis, and the quote tweets, to see why the counter protest is necessary. Appreciated seeing @JanisIrwin and @LorneDach out there this morning
The so-called “Million March for Children” folks were out spreading their anti-queer and trans propaganda.
But Edmonton showed up to counter their hate with messages of love and support.
Trans rights are human rights.
And love is louder.
Always.

Every now and then I pop open this twitter account that I always used in the past for politics, read a few tweets and nope back out of it. I love a lot of the tweeters I follow but just find it so difficult to scroll this timeline in the Danielle era.
State Sen. Nathan Dahm (R-OK) has penned several bills loosening gun restrictions, including the nation’s first anti-red flag law. He thinks these bills protect the Second Amendment – and that they make us safer. We think it's probably one or the other. Watch it on @AppleTVPlus.
“What you’re telling me is that you don’t mind infringing on free speech to protect children from [drag shows] but when it comes to kids who have died from guns, you don’t give a flying f.”
This is not proof of the arrest being theatre, this is proof of white privilege during interactions with law enforcement. When I was wrongfully arrested there was also laughs and no fear of being shot.
The venn diagram of people who love to bash the leafs for not making it out of the first round, and the people who are stoked to sign their former players, is a full circle.
@CaptCanuck6 @TonyYvce@RealAndyLeeShow I was arrested once(wrongfully lol) and they didn’t even let me keep my earrings in, never mind my phone to tweet with 😂
Noticed Alberta government mouth piece saying they know affordability is an issue…just got my property tax assessment, it’s not good. It’s a direct result of incompetent governance #thanksUCP#AbLeg
United but resigned because 51% said nah.
Principled but RCMP investigation, Madu snafu, Shandro driveway, Hawaii gate, Covid response in general…could go on but you get the point.
Alberta will be recovering for decades thanks to his leadership.
Good riddance. #AbLeg
Thank you @jkenney for uniting Alberta conservatives and delivering the most principled conservative government our province has seen since Ralph Klein.
Alberta will be better off for decades to come thanks to your leadership.
It has been an honour. #ableg#cdnpoli
Honestly don't understand the pleasantries and thank yous for Jason Kenney's service as our premier. He was the worst premier I've lived under in my lifetime and Alberta is worse off for his time in office. Good riddance. #AbLeg
