In his @TEDTalks released today, Dr. Nolan Williams shows how ibogaine, a natural compound, helps heal brain injuries, addiction, and trauma far better than existing treatments.

Every day in America, we lose 22 veterans to suicide. Nolan refused to accept that. He fought for those who were willing to give their lives to defend our freedoms, and who deserve access to treatments that truly heal.

It was an honor to cheer him on with my parents and friends from the front row in Vancouver. I’ll cherish that memory forever, and I’m deeply grateful to @TEDChris for elevating his message to the world.
