@WeAreOpenreach I have done that, BT have raised a complaint through you and we still got nowhere with it. All we got was a promise from you for another missed appointment and then finally a month after raising the complaint, we finally had someone come out to the building

@WeAreOpenreach how do I raise a complaint? We are having nothing but issues with our fibre installation with constant missed appointments and delays with a multitude of excuses. I have tried raising a complaint through BT our service provider, but to no use.
