I still cannot believe more people are not running this WILD Claude Code setup
Andrej Karpathy posted the idea and it did 16 million views: stop using AI to write code, use it to build a second brain
a year ago I set it up and my income went to $12,000 a month
you point it at a folder, drop in any source, an article, a transcript, a PDF, and it gets read, linked to everything already there, and written into a living wiki
every source you add becomes another node in the GRAPH, so the thing compounds instead of resetting
the setup:
- install Obsidian and create a vault, then open that vault in Claude Code
- paste Karpathy's wiki idea in and tell it to build the structure
- three folders get created. raw for sources, wiki for the pages it writes, and CLAUDE which runs the whole system
- drop anything into raw and say "ingest this"
- then ask questions across everything you have ever fed it
five minutes to set up, and you never open an empty chat again
save this and build your vault tonight 🔖
Bridgebio's $BBIO Attruby posted $222M in Q2 US sales, as CEO Neil Kumar declared the ATTR-CM market is shaping up to be "stabilizer-first" following rival silencer Wainua's Phase 3 failure. Jefferies analysts now expect Attruby could top $1B in annual global sales this year, with BridgeBio targeting 30–40% ATTR-CM market share — worth over $4B at peak.

A strong quarter for Gland Pharma $GLAND. Net profit jumped 47% to Rs 316.96 crore in the June quarter, comfortably outpacing a healthy 20% rise in sales to Rs 1,800 crore. The standout was its CDMO business, where Gland makes drugs on contract for other companies, which has become a key growth engine.
Both profit and margins are moving in the right direction, a sign the company is squeezing more out of every rupee of sales. With global drugmakers increasingly outsourcing injectable production to trusted Indian partners, Gland is well placed to keep riding that demand.
CVS $CVS is accused of keeping $95M in drug savings that Michigan hospitals say should have funded care for low-income and uninsured patients.
It sounds familiar.
Hunterbrook previously investigated CVS-owned Zinc— and Illinois recovered $45M from CVS Caremark over money the state said should have been passed through to its health plan.
Different scheme. Same question: Where do the drug savings actually go?

BridgeBio $BBIO has reported Q2 earnings of $243 million, driven by sales of the company's ATTR-CM treatment Attruby.
Momentum is clearly building behind BridgeBio. Last month the FDA accepted its application for encaleret, a rare disease drug that could open a whole new revenue stream if approved.
The market is pricing in serious growth ahead, and with a strengthening pipeline and Attruby selling well, BridgeBio is turning into a genuine multi product story.

A new class action alleges Pfizer $PFE deployed advertising tools before users could even interact with the consent banner, then kept transmitting browsing data to Google after users explicitly opted out.
People visited Pfizer's site to research their health. They didn’t know that private information was allegedly being sold without their consent.

BridgeBio $BBIO reports its latest results after the market closed, and the mood among analysts is upbeat. Revenue is expected to rise about 14%, driven by its heart drug Attruby, and 20 of 22 analysts rate the stock a 'must buy'. There is also progress on encaleret, an experimental drug for a rare calcium disorder, which regulators have accepted for review.
It is a promising picture and analyst enthusiasm and price targets make the company a very attarctive investment amid a crashing pharma market.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals $JAZZ announced it would buy Actio Biosciences in a deal valued at up to $1.32 billion, adding an experimental treatment for a rare inherited form of epilepsy that has no approved therapies.

Trump has given generic drugmakers two years to move more production to the US before tariffs of 100% arrive in 2028 and potentially double a year later.
Generics fill roughly 90% of American prescriptions, making the stakes enormous.
The policy is aimed at strengthening supply chains. It also puts a troubled part of pharma back under scrutiny.
From Ranbaxy’s $500 million fraud case to criminal antitrust resolutions involving $TEVA and Glenmark, and continuing litigation involving Sandoz and $NVS, the generic drug industry has faced repeated questions over data integrity, competition and corporate conduct.

RPG Life Sciences $RPGLIFE is spinning its API business, the raw ingredients that go into medicines, into a dedicated new company, RPG Active Pharma, and bringing in private equity firm InvAscent with investment of up to Rs 700 crore.
It is also buying ingredient maker Actis Generics to widen its manufacturing base. The timing is deliberate, with global supply chains shifting and India increasingly seen as a reliable alternative to China.
