The Robinhood Chain launch genuinely feels like the early days of crypto for me 😁
It's a bit of a double-edged sword, though: a massive wave of short-lived launchpads, memecoins, and everything in between. But among all that, there are plenty of teams building real products too!
What I'm proud of is watching my small chat grow with people actually building the kind of DeFi I believe in 🫶🏼
1/5 Robinhood Chain protocol TVL hits $428M and still climbing.
That kind of TVL velocity on a brand new L2 means fresh pools, and fresh pools are where MEV extraction shows up first, before anyone's built protection into them.
We're watching this one closely.
🧵Everyone talks about who extracts MEV, but we asked who creates it.
We analyzed 1M+ blocks on Polygon to trace arb txs to their source and find who's responsible for creating MEV.
Our paper "The Origins of MEV" got featured in Flashbots MEV Letter 🤖 https://t.co/ruMJCxPTRi
A snapshot of MEV-X in action: an example of a real execution graph with dozens of heterogeneous pools, different curves, and a single atomic route that equalizes prices at the margin.
Great work from the @MonocerosVen team on outlining the order flow auctions landscape!🔥
Solid context for teams navigating these architectures and MEV solutions, as well as for users looking to better understand how modern MEV systems operate: https://t.co/0WIl4dQipl
In AMM-based systems MEV arises from discrete state updates and post-swap imbalances will persist.
What matters architecturally is where they are resolved: externally by the block pipeline or internally within the application.

🛡️ MEV-X On-Chain Backrun plugin is live
@MEV_X_project Homelander internalizes backrun MEV inside the swap itself, all on-chain, atomic & protocol-native via post-swap hooks.
• No UI, no backend
• Lightweight gas checks
• MEV shared with protocol & traders
