The same hands that claim to offer protection are the ones that orchestrate displacement, fragment communities, and render Christians strangers in their own land.

This funeral is not just about mourning; it is about presence, about refusing to be erased. It will expose the stark divide between those who retreat behind diplomatic pretexts and those who stand with their people. The era of institutionalized "Christian positions" dictated by detached hierarchies is over. What remains are the voices of free and honorable Christians—those who reject submission, who understand that their fate is bound to the fate of their fellow Arabs, and who refuse to be tools in someone else’s war.

History does not absolve those who choose silence over justice. It is not compromise but bloodshed in the pursuit of truth that shapes the future. Time will judge, and it will not be kind to those who chose comfort over conviction. In the end, it is the steadfast, the courageous, and the faithful who will triumph. The legacy of Jesus Christ, His apostles, and the prophets was never one of appeasement or servitude—it was, and will always be, a legacy of defiance against oppression, no matter the cost.
