@CorwinPrescott There’s a cheeseshop on NZ that had a Sichuan peppercorn infused cheddar for a short while that was insanely delicious. They also have a Birdseye and garlic chive chili that comes back now and then, sooo good. A wall of like 50-60 cheeses right behind the counter.
