Day 4.
During this time, I’ve been in contact with multiple MEXC support agents and keep reminding them about my case in the comments under posts from MEXC and its executives.
Unfortunately, the CEO noticed my situation… and decided to block me.
That says a lot about how interested they are in solving user issues.
As my next step, I’ve decided to reach out to people with larger audiences who can help bring more attention to my case. Public exposure matters — I hope someone will respond.
Also, just this morning, another support agent contacted me and explained in more detail the possible reasons for such a restriction.
Here’s the concerning part:
If you trade in public places (like cafes or workspaces) using public Wi-Fi — you could get a 180-day restriction
If you and your partner trade from the same Wi-Fi — you could also get restricted
Even though these are completely normal situations.
Be careful.
@MEXC_Official @Nitz_MEXC @DerrickYeo61993 @Jamie_MEXC@roginnnn@usithetalk this policy needs clarification.
Day 3.
Why is MEXC refusing to review my case? 180-day restriction with no proof of violations. I try to submit an appeal, but it gets denied every time. This is not fair at all.
