@googlenesthelp The distance is about 10 ft in the same level with no wall in between. I don't think it's the router. It has been working well till 6 days ago. My other devices have no trouble finding the WI-FI signal, both 5GHz and 2.4 GHz.

@googlenesthelp hi, my nest lost connection to the network 6 days ago out of a sudden with no change to my wifi network from my end. It was working properly before that. I have tried restart, reset all, but it still can't find any wifi network. Please help.

@googlenesthelp I'm in US. I didn't see any specific message except that it was searching and no network found, and the Nest app tells me the thermostat is offline. It has been offline for 6 days.
