عبر منصه على الانترنت وجد طفلة (21 شهر) في حاجة لكرسي للحركة ولم يستطع والداها تحمل تكاليفه. قضى زاك قرابة ال300 ساعه في اجازته الصيفية في صنع الكرسي لها ليكون مناسب لها حتى عمر 8 سنوات حتى انه خصصه بالالوان التي تحبها الطفله

كانت التكلفة الاجمالية حوالي 150 دولار وهي احد اهداف مشروعه في جعل اجهزة الحركة ابسط وارخص في التصنيع

El 15 de marzo de 1970, José José subió al escenario del II Festival de la Canción Latina, celebrado en el Teatro Ferrocarrilero de la Ciudad de México, para interpretar “El Triste”, una composición de Roberto Cantoral que dejó al público de pie en una ovación inolvidable.

A pesar del impacto de su actuación, José José obtuvo el tercer lugar del certamen. El primer sitio fue para la brasileña Cláudya, mientras que el segundo lugar correspondió a la venezolana Mirla Castellanos. Sin embargo, el veredicto del jurado quedó eclipsado por la fuerza de aquella interpretación, que de inmediato comenzó a recorrer la radio y la televisión de toda Hispanoamérica.

Con el paso del tiempo, “El Triste” se convirtió en la canción que lanzó definitivamente la carrera de José José y en una de las presentaciones en vivo más emblemáticas de la historia de la música mexicana. Más de cinco décadas después, su actuación en aquel festival sigue siendo recordada como el nacimiento de “El Príncipe de la Canción”.
