We were thrilled to participate in the new swimming facility and bathhouse pavilion celebration at Sojourner Truth State Park. OPRHP Commissioner Kathy Moser was onsite to witness the first swim jubilations.

Philipse Manor Hall was included in Commissioner Kathy Moser’s “Revisit the Revolution” tour. Andron performed General Contractor services for the award-winning 2023 manor house renovation. The NYS Parks site serves as an important piece of our United States history.

Precast Concrete!
at the new Multi-Modal Transportation Hub in Ossining.
The crane has been set in its first position, and the first pieces of precast concrete have been set. Precast exterior walls will follow.

Ulster Orange BOCES – Arden Hill
Gymnasium flooring installation is underway, followed by sanding, sealant, court markings and graphics, protective finishing, surface curing, and gym equipment. Substantial completion of the new gym addition remains on schedule.

Slab on Grade!
The team at UC Government Center stayed late to complete the SOG installation on a Friday night so that steel could commence the following Monday. This was a huge milestone for the project – we appreciate all the workers who worked to the finish!

Topping Off!
The team at BOCES Arden Hill celebrated the final steel beam placement at the new gymnasium. Closing in and interior work will commence. The project remains on schedule.
We salute the skilled union workers who work under a PLA that supports local jobs and fair wages.

Concrete Prep!
Ulster County Emergency Operations & Communications Center
Concrete for all 4 building walls will be delivered to the top wall height in a single, continuous pour. This ICF system uses insulating foam forms, which then remain as part of the completed wall assembly.

CONSTRUCTION NEWS July 2025 edition:
Bond Financing secured for Orange-Ulster BOCES Capital Program, which will serve facilities that educate thousands of students annually. Work is underway at the Arden Hill Gymnasium, where Andron is performing as GC for a new $9.9M facility.
