@blockchain still dissapppointing to see that my query into a transaction on your exchange is being ignored by your support. It ilicits alot of distrust in your exchange, been over a week and no response on a transaction I made on your exchange at a price I did not approve £999k?

@blockchain your support at the moment is terrible, I've opened a support ticket a week ago on 11th Dec, and made 3 requests via your app on a request on a transaction for ETH that purchased at £999,999 on your exchange! I would appreciate a reply to ticket #5600763 ASAP

@UNIQLO_UK really poor customer service, recieved a faulty coat from online order. Requested a refund on 31st and provided all requested materials and now had no response since after chasing 4 times. Judging by trustpilot this is your normal customer service?
