Do the perfect pull-up. Always go for quality over quantity. If you struggle pulling up your own body weight, I’ll recommend using a supporter and building up from there. Focus on extending your arms all the way down and pull all the way up. #pullups#pullup#lats
I’m making decisions, whenever possible, take time. Calm your reactive brain, think for a bit, assess as much information as you can and move onward. Of course this can’t always be the process, but when it can…it will help tremendously.
Control what you can, give all you can. If the result isn’t what you’d hoped for you can be proud of the effort and reflect in a way you can learn, rather than regret.
