@CardPurchaser I disagree. Crappy adults who buy entire shelves to flip on ebay are the problem. Wouldn't be hard to limit it to 2 per customer, Walmart, Target... They do it for many things already.
I started collecting in the junk wax Era and I don't wish that on anyone.
