Over 6 months now since 28th July 2020 when I cancelled a fully refundable flight. Still no refund. How can TAP simply ignore my requests and tweets???? Ridiculous. Joke!!!!

On 30th Dec I tweeted that on 28th July 2020 I cancelled a fully refundable flight. Still no refund 5 months and now 3 more weeks later. Ridiculous. Joke!!!!
