@wizards_magic Does anyone from your social or CS department care to help me with my tickets instead of just repeatedly 'solving' without a single comment or resolution? Seriously this is one of the worst ways I've seen a company treat a customer.

@wizards_magic I've raised 4 tickets regarding some print damaged cards but each time my ticket gets closed and 'solved' without any resolution or even explanation. I've uploaded all of the requested images. I'm new to Magic the Gathering and so far the customer service is bad.
