Occasionally, when things go wrong, we step in and get operationally involved. An AFR from Thailand arrived LHR last Thu 25-Nov but our forwarder just said it was stuck in a logjam. Not acceptable after 3 days. Thank you Jon at WFS LHR who has gone above and beyond #WFS

@LiamHalligan your article in today’s @dailytelegraph is insightful and prophetic in my opinion. Working in logistics, we’ve seen enormous hikes in ocean freight rates (9 x 2020 levels) so these costs will feed ito higher consumer prices and of course, inflation. 2022 is a worry

@SkyNews just to clarify, your correspondent in Dover says that no duties payable into the EU provided correct paperwork completed. There are strict rules of origin for goods entering EU, duties may indeed be payable at EU entry. #Brexit #Dover Q1 will see significant disruption.

@StephenNolan listening to your show this evening re Brexit, in a no deal situation, UK will put in place a new Global Customs Tariff and import duty rates will fall considerably, some to zero, and this will apply regardless of origin (not just EU imports but say US and China too

I think the public are being misled over the need for Customs “checks” re NI/IE border. 97% of UK imports are declared to Customs without any “checks” at time of arrival. Customs checks on every shipment went out with the ark! @bbcquestiontime @BBCBreakfast @BBCBusiness

Just watched @c4news @siobhankennedy4 report on prep for no deal #brexit but it is so important to understand that TSP will not prevent delays unless every shipment on a truck is destined for a TSP registered importer. Our articles on LinkedIn provide more detail.
